Extended Care Services
CCS offers extended care services for those families of Pre-K – 9Th grade students who need the service of before-school or after-school care. Students may participate as the need arises with or without making prior arrangements. No deposit is required. This program offers adult supervision and a variety of activities such as snack time, homework time, free time, and some organized activities. Children may bring a morning snack and/or afternoon snack from home to enjoy during this time. Parents should use the rear MPR entrance to drop off or pick up students for extended care.


Extended Care information is as follows:

• Before School: 7:00-8:00 am in MPR

• After School: 3:15-6:00 pm in MPR (Those who arrive after 3:15 are charge for full 1/2 hour of service)

• Cost: $2.50 per half hour per child or any part thereof. A one time extended care use fee of $20 is added to your first bill. No deposit is required. Families will be billed monthly (around the 15th of the month).

• Late Arrival Fees: After 6:00 pm, late fees are $10.00 per child for every 15 minutes.

• Late Payment Fees: Payments made after the due date of the bill will be assessed a late payment fee of $20 on their next bill. Families with accounts over 60 days past due will be asked to leave the extended care program.


Please note: After care is not available during school vacations, holidays, half days or if school is closed due to weather conditions.
